01 — Context
A bailiffs' office in Namur
The office brings together several bailiffs — Louis-Valéry Baptiste, Sophie Coppieters't Wallant, Olivier Destree and Laurence Vandercamme — as well as a team of legal professionals, serving the entire judicial district of Namur. A regulated profession where trust is built first and foremost on the clarity of the information and the seriousness of the image conveyed, well before the first contact with the office.
02 — Objectives
Reassuring and informing, without detours
The site's primary role had to be informative and reassuring: clearly presenting the team and each bailiff's qualifications, unambiguously delineating the office's territorial jurisdiction, and giving direct access to the practical information — contact details, opening hours, client accounts and fees, contact form — that a litigant or legal professional would look for. All of this carried by a sober, institutional visual universe, befitting a judicial profession.
03 — Our solution
A sober identity, structured information
We designed a bespoke site built around the essentials: a presentation of the office and of each bailiff with their own qualifications, an interactive map of the judicial district of Namur to visualise territorial jurisdiction, and a contact page centralising details, opening hours and banking information. A selection of useful links — the National Chamber of Bailiffs, the FPS Justice, the Bar Association — completes the whole, in a navy-and-gold styling faithful to the office's identity.
04 — Results
A clear point of contact for litigants
The office now has a site that inspires confidence from the first visit: the team and its expertise are identifiable at a glance, the jurisdiction is visualised without ambiguity, and all practical information is brought together in one place. A showcase worthy of the seriousness the profession demands.
